He spends a lot of time in the gym to look the part and, if he is indeed making a return to the DC universe, it will take some preparation. As we've seen in the past, Cavill isn't content to let a padded suit do the heavy-lifting. He is a man who has to put in a lot of work to get into shape for the part.
